All our lintels are manufacutred in the UK in our Buckinghamshire based workshop.
Delivery
Our delivery service covers London and surrounding areas for direct deliveries (Extra cost). For Mainland deliverys we can deilver at Extra cost or customer will have to arrange a courier to collect. We do not offer collection.
Throated lintel use
Lintels are like the unsung heroes of a fireplace. They provide support above the opening and help distribute the weight of the masonry above them(But are not structural support) . Throated lintels, in particular, have a unique design with a groove or channel underneath that serves both functional and aesthetic purposes. This feature helps dirct smoke ands gases away from the firepace opening while adding a touch of elegance to the overall design.
